Meet Julie Tracy

Julie is a craniosacral therapist, visceral manipulator, and lymphathic drainage therapist

I love learning new things about the body and will take a class whenever I can. Helping people connect to their bodies is one of my greatest joys.

I worked at Alta Ski Resort in Utah before I moved to New England.  I started in Boston and after a couple years I moved to Stamford Connecticut where I currently have my office and have expanded into Fairfield. Check out my blog for more about me and the creation of Posture Massage!

Listen to my appearance on the Organic Olivia Podcast.

Reviews for Julie Tracy

“Julie is a body whisperer. She fixed me. I have been to many therapists for many years. She is the best bar none. She reads your body like no other. She knows exactly what’s going on, what to do, how and where. She cured several Achilles, back, arms and neck recurring pains I had for years from all my intense sports activities, as well as my job sitting behind a desk. She kept me from being sick despite my crazy busy travel schedule coast to coast.”
